About Scott

A Lifetime of Service to Kentucky

L. Scott Miller is a lifelong public servant, attorney, and former Kentucky State Police Lt. Colonel. With decades in law enforcement, he has stood beside the men and women who protect our communities every day.

As a former KSP Trooper and Lt. Colonel, he understands the sacrifices made by first responders — because he has lived them. That experience shaped a deep commitment to public safety, the rule of law, and the families who call Kentucky home.

He and his wife are proud parents and grandparents running to ensure Kentucky remains safe, prosperous, and full of opportunity for future generations.
